Eng. Atif bin Said Al Siyabi
Chairman

Eng. Atif Al Siyabi’s name immediately brings to mind the information technology sector and the development of groundbreaking technological solutions. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering and Networks with honours from Coventry University, UK. He is the Chief of Information Management in Oman Investment Authority. He has extensive experience spanning more than 18 years.

Mounir Al Moniri
Vice Chairman

Mounir has extensive experience of more than 15 years in communications and information technology. He holds a Master’s degree in Financial Sciences from Leicester University, UK and a Bachelor’s degree in Finance from Sultan Qaboos University. He was involved in several projects both within the Sultanate and abroad and has extensive experience in determining and structuring investment opportunities from the early stages and until completion. He managed a large number of new commercial initiatives with Oman Investment Authority, including the Rakiza Fund.

Dr. Saoud Humaid Al Shoaili

Dr. Saoud serves as a Director General of the Policies & Governance Department and Head of the National Space Program. He has extensive experience for over 21 years in the government sector. He started his career in the ICT as electronics engineer at Sultan Qaboos University in 1999. He currently heads the leadership of strategic alignment and coordination between the efforts of the different stakeholders in the sectors supervised by him. He holds a PhD and Master’s degrees in Science, Technology and Innovation Policies from the UK, and has a Master’s degree in Communications from Australia.

Dr. Salem Bin Sultan Al-ruzaiqi
Chairman of Oman Information Technology Society

The relationship of Dr. Salim Bin Sultan Al Ruzaiqi with the information, communication technology and innovation spans more than three decades. During that period, he served in a large number of leadership positions and undertook several administrative and diplomatic responsibilities both within and outside the Sultanate. Dr. Al Ruzaiqi formerly served as a member of the different local boards and committees in addition to his several memberships of regional and international organisations. He was honoured on several international occasions and received several prestigious honorary awards thanks to his distinguished efforts in the ICT sector. He holds a PhD in Information and Communications Systems from Robert Morris University, USA, and currently serves as the Chairman of Oman Information Technology Society.

Yousuf Abdullah Al Bulushi, PhD
Former senior diplomat, innovator and academic entrepreneurial leader

Yousuf brings forward more than 20 years of work experience in the combined fields of science diplomacy, innovation, entrepreneurship, science and technology development and education. Motivational leadership style with a proven history of building, guiding and retaining high performance of multi-national teams and functions out of peripheries encompassing open international innovation, multi-approach of innovation management.
